Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an order before it ships.
Before dispatch
You may request cancellation before the order is packed and handed to the courier. Contact support with your order ID as soon as possible.
After dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or use the Return & Exchanges Policy after delivery if eligible.
Payment on cancelled orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method under the Refund Policy timelines.
