Shipping Policy
Dispatch timelines, free shipping, and delivery expectations.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Festive peaks or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will share an ETA at checkout or by message when possible.
Free shipping
Complimentary shipping applies on eligible prepaid orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in the bag. Below that threshold, shipping charges (if any) are shown before you pay.
Serviceable areas
We ship across India to PIN codes supported by our logistics partners. If a PIN is not serviceable, checkout will indicate that before you confirm.
Tracking & delays
Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Delays caused by weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or courier network issues are outside Jel’s direct control; we will help coordinate with the courier.
