By using jel.atelier (or this storefront) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

Jel sells hallmarked jewellery and related accessories for personal use. Prices, availability, and offers may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Orders & pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example if stock changes, a PIN is not serviceable, or payment fails).

Displayed prices are in INR and typically include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional savings (such as UPI instant save) apply only when the stated conditions are met at checkout.

Accounts & accuracy

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate and for activity under your login. Provide a correct delivery address and phone number so couriers can reach you.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, photography, and product descriptions belong to Jel or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
